I had a great job with an extraordinary company, but I wanted more. I wanted to leverage what I did so successfully at Disney to help other companies become the best in their field. I do this by digging into a situation, tearing it down to its fundamental elements, then reconfiguring everything in order to maximize results. I’ve been doing this since I was a little kid playing with Erector Sets and Legos. I did it as a teenager helping my family improve their massive foliage nursery business. I did it for over 30 years in theme park executive roles at Walt Disney World. Now I am helping others do it in my local community and around the world.
